Tapas Night

boards_TapasMy husband is a fabulous cook, one of those people who understands flavors and likes to experiment (it’s all above my head really). However, while he might be a master of the ingredients, he usually just plops the food down on a plate… delicious, but not very photogenic. As a photographer, this has been a matter of ‘serious’ discussion in our household.

Since I started this blog I’ve been begging him to step up his game… with my help of course.  Last night’s tapas dinner was a pretty good start, if I do say so myself. Hopefully this is the first of many food posts to come. Enjoy!

On today’s Menu:

Apricot, Pine nut and Gorgonzola Salad
Artichoke with Balsamic mayonnaise dip
Steak bruschetta with horseradish sauce
Prosciutto bruschetta with radicchio, basil and parmesan
and of course Strawberries with a touch of confectionery sugar
